Our Shiraz is rich and ripe with blackcurrant and luscious vanilla aromas. Underlying coffee flavours blend with bay leaf overtones. The palate of this medium bodied Shiraz shows bold fruit flavours and mild spice. French oak maturation has a created a long palate with soft tannins and lingering finish.
